Each work is prepared individually prior to release. Packaging, documentation, and dispatch are handled within the atelier.
From Atelier to Collector
A controlled release sequence protects structure and documentation integrity.
Final inspection, documentation logging, and certificate preparation are completed prior to dispatch.
Structured collector packaging stabilizes curvature and protects surface integrity during transit.
Dispatch is insured, tracked, and signature-required. Tracking is issued upon departure.
Preparation time: 2–4 business days prior to dispatch (commissions follow confirmed timelines).
Dispatch Protocol
Before release, the piece undergoes final structural verification, documentation review, and packaging control within the studio environment.
All shipments are insured and signature-required. Ownership formally transfers upon confirmed delivery.
International Delivery
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the collector. Transit time varies depending on destination and customs processing.
Transit Integrity
In the rare event of transit damage, contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery and include photographic documentation. Insured claims will be reviewed accordingly.
Address Accuracy
Collectors are responsible for ensuring shipping details are complete and accurate at time of purchase. Incorrect information may result in delay.
Commission Shipments
Commissioned works are dispatched only after final approval and full balance settlement. Production timelines are confirmed prior to shipment.
Each shipment represents the completion of a singular work. Time was invested before it left the atelier. Care continues as it travels.
