Each work is produced in limited allocation and may be one-of-one. Natural variation is inherent to handcrafted leather, metal settings, and surface finishes. Minor differences do not constitute a defect.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized prior to dispatch. For commissions, production begins after deposit and confirmation of scope.

Commission requests are reviewed individually. Timelines depend on material availability and complexity. Directional references may be accepted; exact replication is not guaranteed.

Shipments are tracked, insured, and may require signature. Import duties and local taxes are the collector’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Due to the one-of-one nature of atelier works, returns are assessed case-by-case. If a return is approved, the work must be unworn and returned in original condition and packaging.

Collectors are responsible for appropriate care. Exposure to water, solvents, perfumes, or excessive heat may damage leather and finishes and may void service coverage.

All designs, text, and imagery are owned by The Dark Atelier. No reproduction, resale of imagery, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dark Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
